Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Crew is an agent coordination platform. It can help organize, draft, summarize, schedule, remind, research, and route work, but you remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and decisions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crew websites, mobile apps, AI agent workflows, integrations, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services. You are responsible for information you provide, activity under your account, maintaining access to your devices, and protecting login credentials.

2. Development and Beta Features

Some Services may be experimental, in development, or provided through debug builds. Beta and development features may change, fail, be incomplete, or be discontinued at any time. Do not rely on beta functionality for emergency, safety-critical, legal, medical, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

3. AI Agents and Outputs

Crew coordinates specialized AI agents that may draft content, create tasks, summarize notes, suggest next steps, schedule events, prepare communications, generate images, and perform other workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving important outputs, including emails, calendar changes, reminders, files, images, notes, and tasks. Crew does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.

4. Connected Services and Permissions

You may connect services such as Gmail, contacts, calendars, file storage, push notifications, and other integrations. By connecting a service, you authorize Crew to access and process information from that service to provide requested functionality.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect an account or data source and to instruct Crew to take actions through it. You can revoke permissions through Crew, your device settings, or the connected provider's account controls.

5. Email Actions

If you connect Gmail or use email features, Crew may help read, triage, draft, label, archive, reply to, forward, or send emails based on your instructions and settings. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, subject lines, body text, attachments, and timing before sending, unless you explicitly instruct an agent to send without further review.

6. Payments and Agent Store

Crew may offer paid agents, subscriptions, or other paid features. Prices, billing terms, trials, and renewal details will be shown before purchase where required. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by applicable app store or payment provider rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or provider terms.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, scams, or abusive communications.
  • Collect, process, or disclose data without proper authority.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the Services.
  • Use AI outputs to deceive others about authorship or identity where disclosure is required.
  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, exploitative, or infringing content.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Crew a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services and to perform requested agent workflows.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, AI model providers, cloud services, app stores, payment processors, Google services, email providers, calendar providers, and other integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Crew and its software, design, branding, workflows, documentation, and related technology are owned by us or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the Services unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
